Fuck fear

I'm pretty fed up with almost everyone in my life with their deep fear and high strung anxiety... and for what? Because you might slightly go backwards in comforts, affluence and status? I feel like I'm this outlier... I'm not afraid or alone, it's just really really strange... maybe my time will come but there's just so much unnecessary fear out there!

Silenced?

I think some people equate not being the only voice in the room as having no voice in the room.

Some comment I read.

Break up the routine, here's why.

Shake up the routine.

According to Sternberg, our interactions in close relationships tend to go along in well-worn grooves, called scripts. Most emotion is the result of some interruption of the script. Keep doing the same old thing, and you experience no emotion. But stop what you’ve always done, and, suddenly, someone feels. Sternberg says you can find out if a relationship is “live” by generating something unexpected, such as one of you going away o their own, or going on a vacation to a new place together. But sometimes it takes extreme action to realize how much intimacy there is, or was. Why not plan for occasional minor interruptions—so you don’t need a major one to wake you up?

Different

What is different?

adjective

1.
not alike in character or quality; differingdissimilar:
The two are different.
2.
not identical; separate or distinct:
three different answers.
3.
various; several:
Different people told me the same story.
4.
not ordinary; unusual.

yeah yeah, but what does it mean for me, or you to be different? and if so many of us are different, doesn't that make us kind of the same?

Can two people who are very different get along? Well maybe if they appreciate their differences but that means both people have to be the same in that particular belief, and perhaps in other ways be the same... So what are the parts/beliefs/choices that we can be different with, and get along? And what are the parts that we have to be the same in order to get along, to 'fit' together?
