Intent verses action

Intent verses action.
Do you want to reward yourself for intent? Do you get punished' because of your actions (or lack there of)?

Maybe there needs to be an 'aware middle'

Manslaughter is probably the best example of this.
You drunk with a friend, you drive the car, they go car surfing on the roof while you drive. They come off, hit their head and subsequently die.
Was it your intent to kill them? No. But the end results of your actions caused a death.
In the courts, the difference between murder and manslaughter is intent. So clearly it matters. But someone lost a life through your actions so clearly that matters too.

Are You Hot?

What is beauty?  Mathematics? Biology? Or is it psychological? I guess if it were the previous two,  we would find beauty in other things and animals,  which we do,  but nothing like other people for the majority of us...  There is something very special about a happy person,  a confident person, a content,  a peaceful,  a passionate person...  All of these are states of mind that are shown to the world...  A look is more sexy than an item to enhance the body, it's more than looks,  i think looks make us feel things,  but people's emotions and personalities make us feel things much more powerful for longer.  The packaging may pull us in,  but we stay or go depending on the contents.

Open to Being Closed

Isn't it unusual...  We live in what some would say, a closed minded world...  But more and more are becoming open minded,  and in a way forcing their open minded message on 'closed minded' people (which is only a perception from your point of view) ... So why are the 'open minded' closed to the idea of being closed...  So to be open minded is to accept others choices with sometimes the absence of understanding ... If we were truly open minded,  maybe we would stop trying to train the closed minded to think like us.
